Nishaant Kashyap (Nish)

Nish is a Musculoskeletal and Manual Physiotherapist with more than 16 years of experience in private practice.

He has extensive experience in the treatment of complex musculoskeletal problems including strong skills in manual therapy, rehabilitation, core strengthening, dry needling and Clinical Pilates. He has special interest in treating back pain, neck pain, headaches and sports injuries. Nish also has special interest in treatment and prevention of footy and cricket injuries. As an active sportsmen, still playing cricket himself, he understand the importance of biomechanics and injury prevention in active individuals.

Harish Murthy (Hary)

Harish is a post-graduate in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy with over 10 years of clinical experience. Before moving to Melbourne, he was working in private practice in Launceston for 4 years.

He has previously worked at one of the premier centre for sports medicine centres in Mumbai, India as their head sports physiotherapist, rehabilitating elite athletes and Bollywood celebrities. He also is a certified personal trainer from The American College of Sports Medicine, bringing in a wide knowledge of exercise science incorporating with his manual therapy skills. He has very recently moved from Tasmania after 4 years of work and enjoying the Tasmanian life. When not working, he loves keeping fit and spending time with his family and friends.

Kriti Madan

Kriti has done Masters in Orthopaedics and Sports Rehabilitation with over 6 years of work experience in treating musculoskeletal and sports conditions.

Specialised in modern physiotherapy practices like Dry Needling, Manual therapy, Sports Taping, etc. Actively involved in the management of acute and chronic sports injuries, overuse injuries, work related musculoskeletal disorders, post joint replacement rehab, acute and chronic back and neck disorders, etc. Being a sports enthusiast herself, who enjoys playing Cricket and Tennis, she has keen interest in injury prevention and conditioning of athletes as well. She has been an on-field physio for various university sporting events including football, basketball, hockey, swimming, squash, badminton and cricket.

Bhavik Dadia

Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist

Bhavik Vijay Dadia, registered physiotherapist in Australia, UK and India and has Undergone Masters of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports) at University of South Australia. He has over 3 years of clinical experience.

His work profile has covered managing injuries by treating and rehabilitating athletes from varied sports backgrounds within a stringent time period thereby accelerate the return to play. With exercise prescription forming the base of injury rehabilitation, it involved the use of adjuncts – Dry needling, Taping, Manual therapy as well.

The highlight of his past associations include being appointed as a physiotherapist by FIFA at the FIFA U-17 World Cup for the entire Referee delegation.

​Bhavik is passionate about treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, including adolescent clients. He has strong interest in congenital disorders and disabilities and loves working with NDIS clients.

Varun Kumar Singh

Varun is experienced Sports Physiotherapist with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry with over 6 years of experience in sports medicine.

His past assignments has included treatment of elite/professional and recreational athletes (incl. Badminton, tennis, cricket, pro-kabaddi, football, track and field, golf, and wrestling). He specializes in specific off-site assignments include Ranji trophy and IPL trial game pitch-side support, PGTI onsite physiotherapy (Bombay Presidency Golf Club) and as a team physio for Chennai smashers (Premier badminton league).

Varun is passionate about treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, including adolescent clients. He has strong interest in congenital disorders and disabilities and loves working with NDIS clients.

Maitri Gada

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Maitri completed her Master in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2019 and comes with a clinical experience of over 4years.

She has previously worked in varied practice settings including Private clinics, Hospitals as well as Rehab facilities in Mumbai, India. She is specialised in latest physiotherapy practices like Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisations (IASTM), Manual therapy, Sports Taping, etc.

Through her clinical experience, she is efficient in treating Musculoskeletal injuries, Sports injuries, Post -operative rehabilitation, Neurological conditions and Management of Chronic conditions. She is enthusiastic in helping her patients bounce back to their routines as quickly as possible by providing them with tailored and on point treatment solutions suiting their recovery plan. She is passionate about encouraging active aging and promotes fitness as a precautionary measure to stay pain free.

She is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati. In her free time, Maitri enjoys painting, travelling, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Komal Sanghavi

Komal completed her Bachelor’s of physiotherapy from Sancheti Institute, India.

She is an experienced physiotherapist with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and health care industry with a great passion for helping people of all age group.

Her areas of specialties include Dry needling, Manual therapy, Kinesio Taping, Hydrotherapy etc. She is practicing physiotherapy with over 6 years of applied hands-on experience in multidisciplinary health care settings. She believes in setting realistic functional goals, use of physiotherapy reported outcome measures and use of custom made holistic interventional approaches.

Komal is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi. She enjoys dancing, traveling and spending time with her family when not working.

Heena Kaushal

Sports Physiotherapist
BPT, MPT, APAM, MIAP

Heena completed her Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in 2016. She comes with over 4 years of experience in treating musculoskeletal and sports conditions.

Heena is very passionate about her patient’s recovery. She has special interest in working with people with disability, especially kids and adolescents. She has previously worked in special school for kids. She also has interest in women’s health, chronic pain and musculoskeletal disorders. She has over 4 years of experience in various settings, including private practice, hospital settings and rehabilitation settings.

Heena is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi. In her free time, she likes to go for long walks and listen to Bollywood music.

Rachana Nayak

Musculoskeletal, NDIS and Women’s Health Physiotherapist

Rachana holds a postgraduate degree in physiotherapy, specializing in neurology and rehabilitation. Her particular focus lies in the field of pelvic health, with a keen interest in women’s health and paediatrics.

Through her degree and clinical experience, She developed an interest in several different areas. Musculoskeletal injuries, sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions and management of chronic conditions. She loves meeting new people and helping and guiding them to achieve the best health outcomes. She appreciates the holistic approach and working together with her patients to understand their journey. Her special interests are in manual therapy, hydrotherapy, and patient-tailored exercise program to assist with their recovery and rehabilitation. She has been working in private practice for last one year since moving to Melbourne.

Grant Daubeny

Grant is a fully qualified and licensed Remedial Massage therapist who also has a strong background in personal training which assists him in his understanding of the muscle and skeleton system.

Grant takes a holistic approach to the treatment of his clients and has a deep understanding of anatomy human biology and body movement and mechanics.

He works with the client to deliver a tailored remedial massage and his methods can include trigger point therapy, gentle stretches and mobilisation of the muscle and joint.

Grant is very passionate about delivering a treatment that provides many of the known benefits of massage that can include, increased range of motion, being able to move in a pain free or unrestricted manner, reduced muscle soreness and tightness and the promotion of relaxation which can also lead to a feeling of wellbeing and better sleep!

Nasr Abou-Eid

Podiatrist
Bachelor of Applied Science &Master of Podiatric practice

Nasr graduated from La Trobe University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Podiatric practice. His speciality areas include biomechanics, heel pain (plantar fasciitis), flat feet, custom foot orthotics, foot and ankle sports injuries, diabetic foot care, children’s foot and walking problems and minor surgical procedures such as ingrown toenails and wart removal.


Throughout his life Nasr has been involved in a variety of sports taking a special interest in Taekwondo, football and soccer. His love for sports, culture, ‘conspiracy theories’ and multilingual language always makes a great conversational experience for our clients.

Navneet Kaur (Nitu)

Practice Manager & Admin Officer

You hear Nitu’s lovely voice when you call Enrich Physio. She manages all our practices, appointments and patients reminders and calls.

Nitu’s is a commerce graduate and book keeper by trade. She is mother of 6 yr old lovely girl and loves to spend time with her daughter and 2 dogs in her free time. She loves going on walks with her dogs listing to her favourite music.
